I availed Jameson's service through Choice Warranty for a broken toilet flush. He arrived about 20 minutes outside the scheduled time window but did try to contact me beforehand. Unfortunately, my phone was on Do Not Disturb, so we couldn’t connect. Despite that, Jameson was courteous and professional. After resolving the toilet issue quickly and to my satisfaction, I asked if he could take a quick look at my malfunctioning trash can. Most technicians just brush it off, saying it’s not their job—but Jameson was super kind. He took a moment to check it, immediately noticed a disconnected button, pushed it back in, and just like that, the trash can was working perfectly again. Overall, a great experience.
