We had a pretty bad leak from an upstairs drain that Led to what we thought was a great deal of damage to the ceiling below. Jeff took a look, quickly evaluated the situation, was able to fix the leak from upstairs and saved us from having to tear out all of the drywall so he could get to what we believed was the problem. Bottom line, he saved me from myself By getting me to slow down and trust the professional. I can't say exactly how much money we saved by keeping the drywall in place, but I'm sure that it was more than a little bit.

Jamison was great!! The service was professional and he assisted me with working with the Home Warranty company(whom they dropped the ball on getting the hot water heater ordered). Jamison stayed on top of it and was in communication with me every step of the way. Jeff was also great in assisting with appointments and service. I now have Veteran’s Plumbing on speed dial….Thanks bunches and thanks for getting me some hot water!!!! I also need to add that Jamison repaired my kitchen faucet. After they came out and looked at the faucet, I was advised to contact Delta to check on my warranty. I appreciated the honesty and assistance. I got parts ordered under warranty and Jamison came back to repair once the parts came. Thanks again Veteran’s Plumbing Services!! My water heaters lower heating element wiring caught fire and melted. My home warranty sent Jeff with veterans plumbing. Im am so glad they did! This guy was honest and up front , he was professional, Which makes sense since he is a Veteran. I too am a veteran and we had great conversations while he replaced my heater. I actually called another company before Jeff, and they wanted to replace the water heater, full price and install. Obviously I said no to them. The first thing Jeff did was point out that this WH is under warrenty still and walked me through the claims process with Rheem , who then did a no questions asked return for me. The other plumbers didn't even bother pointing that out. Thats integrity and honesty. I highly recommend veterans plumbing . 100 percent 10 out of 10 would hire again. THANK YOU JEFF!

I recently filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty for a non-functional garbage disposal, and I was very pleased with how quickly the claim was handled and assigned to Veterans Plumbing Service. The service technician, Jeff, arrived on 11/12/25 and provided outstanding service. Jeff was incredibly professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process. He was highly thorough in replacing the old garbage disposal unit, ensuring the new one was installed perfectly and testing it completely before considering the job finished. Had a very good experience with a little fixing we needed done. Jeff was very forthcoming, honest and knowledgable. He helped me make sure I got the best water heater replacement service possible. As a first time home buyer and new to everything even my home warranty he walked me through, step-by-step what each charge would be, what is covered, and what it wasn't. He was completely transparent about the process and felt taken careof. He showed up on time (he said between 8-9AM, showed up at 8:30AM) and finished early. I feel good to know that there are honest contractors out there not taking advantage of a first timer like myself

Jeff just finished installing our new water heater. We had some issues getting the water heater on time because of our insurance, but Jeff went above and beyond to push the order through and get it ahead of the scheduled date that we had been provided by the insurance. What a standup guy! Extremely professional and so good at what he does. He even got our water heater up to code, and you can just tell that the installation is first class. Highly recommend Jeff and this company to anyone who needs to know that it’s done right.
Great experience! Jameson was very friendly and punctual. He was also very good with communication; confirmed the reason for the visit, walked me through what should be happening and what was causing the issue, explained step by step what he needed to do to fix the problem and what the service cost would be, etc. Got it fixed quickly and made sure to show me the work that was done as well as ensuring his work actually fixed the issue. 10/10 would recommend!

I availed Jameson's service through Choice Warranty for a broken toilet flush. He arrived about 20 minutes outside the scheduled time window but did try to contact me beforehand. Unfortunately, my phone was on Do Not Disturb, so we couldn’t connect. Despite that, Jameson was courteous and professional. After resolving the toilet issue quickly and to my satisfaction, I asked if he could take a quick look at my malfunctioning trash can. Most technicians just brush it off, saying it’s not their job—but Jameson was super kind. He took a moment to check it, immediately noticed a disconnected button, pushed it back in, and just like that, the trash can was working perfectly again. Overall, a great experience. Quick fix, friendly attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Jameson!

VPS provided the best service! Jeff arrived the very next day, which was also Labor Day! My hot water heater had to be replaced. He explained the process, stayed in contact with me, and made everything go smoothly. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied later in the day, after the job was completed. Jamison is the man!!! Veterans made my day, I was kind of going through it with my previous plumbing company where we sprung a leak in a spot that they had fixed twice previously, so I call to have them come back out, and they cancel the appt when we’ve been without water for a couple days… I call Veterans after lunch and Jamison came from Nashville, worked in the dark, and not only got the leak fixed, but figured out why that same spot kept leaking, and installed some flexible line to alleviate the pressure of the line from the meter not being a straight shot to the house… overall, long post, I know, but Jamison made my day because I was so upset when I called the normal plumber about the issue Saturday, they set an appt for wed afternoon, then Wednesday at lunch they tell me my appt is cancelled because they thought it was a HVAC appointment, next available is 7 days from now… Call veterans, someone came thru a few hours later and worked under lights to get me back right..

Jeff did an excellent job in replacing our toilet. Great experience. Arrived on time, replaced our toilet quickly and made sure there are no leaks or issues. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, and new toilet works perfectly. I’d definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
Veterans Plumbing Service provided my family outstanding service. We were told by our insurance the entire process would take at least three working days. Jameson, who is one of the owners came out on his weekend cutting the service time by 2 days. They are Veteran owned, supporting our community and offer the highest quality service and prices.
