Jeff was very prompt. Explained and showed us everything he was doing with our shower repair. Jeff made sure he cleaned everything up before leaving. Plus, he asked if we had any other questions or concerns. I highly recommend Veterans Plumbing Services!

Jeff was amazing to work with. I ran into some Home Warranty Issues and he walked me through the process and remained helpful the entire time. Any time I reached out with questions, he made sure to communicate with me. Great attitude and customer service. Once I had everything together , he serviced my tub in no time!
I highly recommend Jeff and Jameson with Veteran’s Plumbing Service. They were sent to my home when I placed a claim for my hot water heater with my home warranty company. VPS provided the best service! Jeff arrived the very next day, which was also Labor Day! My hot water heater had to be replaced. He explained the process, stayed in contact with me, and made everything go smoothly. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied later in the day, after the job was completed. Jameson and Jeff did the installation. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be calling on them for any other plumbing needs and would gladly recommend them to my friends.
Jeff was fantastic! He was quick to respond and to get my service scheduled in under 2 business days of submitting the service request. Very polite, informed, and all around a great guy. I highly recommend Veterans Plumbing Services if you need someone that is knowledgeable and prompt!

Great team! My water heater broke. They came thru my home warranty, expedited the paperwork to get it approved and came back next day to replace the heater. Couldn’t be happier with the service and/or result. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to others.

I availed Jameson's service through Choice Warranty for a broken toilet flush. He arrived about 20 minutes outside the scheduled time window but did try to contact me beforehand. Unfortunately, my phone was on Do Not Disturb, so we couldn’t connect. Despite that, Jameson was courteous and professional. After resolving the toilet issue quickly and to my satisfaction, I asked if he could take a quick look at my malfunctioning trash can. Most technicians just brush it off, saying it’s not their job—but Jameson was super kind. He took a moment to check it, immediately noticed a disconnected button, pushed it back in, and just like that, the trash can was working perfectly again. Overall, a great experience. Quick fix, friendly attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Jameson!

Jeff was very forthcoming, honest and knowledgable. He helped me make sure I got the best water heater replacement service possible. As a first time home buyer and new to everything even my home warranty he walked me through, step-by-step what each charge would be, what is covered, and what it wasn't. He was completely transparent about the process and felt taken careof. He showed up on time (he said between 8-9AM, showed up at 8:30AM) and finished early. I feel good to know that there are honest contractors out there not taking advantage of a first timer like myself

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Jeff was out immediately and put in the claim and my new hot water heater was installed in 24 hours.
